In the end, it always comes down to people – the linchpin of any company is qualified and motivated employees who fully identify with their employer. We have a team of 60 employees and currently have twelve apprentices as well as many journeymen who have been taken on after their training.

It speaks for itself that most of our employees have been with us for many years and the fluctuation rate is extremely low. As stainlesstec GmbH is constantly growing, we still have an ongoing need for team players who are willing to bring their passion for their job to us.

Training

We offer training as a metal worker specialising in construction technology. Our company is located at Langer Garten, a five-minute walk from the main railway station Hildesheim and easily accessible by public transport. Many employees appreciate the fact that the work is very independent and varied. We produce a large, varied range of stainless steel and aluminium products. Those who work for us get to know a wide range of modern machines. However, there is no mass production on the assembly line with us; instead, we produce small to medium quantities, often develop new products and manufacture them in true manual labour. Each of our employees knows the pride of holding a finished workpiece in his or her hand.

We are a renowned training company with a well-equipped training workshop and we take our task as trainers very seriously. Apprentices regularly graduate from our company with distinction and it is not uncommon for them to go on to take the national best exam. We are proud of our excellent working atmosphere. We attach great importance to camaraderie, dialogue and flat hierarchies. One trainee puts it this way: “If I ever make a mistake, there’s no stress, but I’m told how to do it properly.” We welcome suggestions from our trainees on how we can make our work processes even better. The cooperation between young and older employees also works very well and our very active company football team strengthens the team spirit. We have a very high hiring rate. Those who show commitment during their training can expect to have a secure job with us afterwards. The company also assumes the costs for further training.
